I am also very grateful to be connecting to the place of deep awareness as decribed by Eckhart Tolle and others. If you google "satsang" you may find resonance with these teachings as well. I often chant to connect with the stillness, the vastness, the awareness that is who I am at my essence. SGI refers to this as our Buddha nature. I find it helpful to realize that to experience this is beyond thought or words. It can be deeply sensed in the present moment as the truth of who we are. . .
