Profile Information

Location: Evanston

About Me:: I was born in Belize, Central American. We migrated to the States in the 60's after one of the worst hurricanes in Belize history.

I was introduced to Nicherin Buddhism by Roxanne Brown in 1985 and practiced for a short time then. I was later reintroduced to the practice by Linda Artope in 1995 and received my Gohonzon on September 14, 1997. I belong to the Morning Sun District and I am the WD Leader for my District.

I have two sons, Jason, 26 a Financial Analyst Consultant and Avery, a sophomore Finance Major at the University of Illinois, Urbana. I work at a Project Manager for a Builder Developer on the North Shore.

May I ask whether you have any SGI contacts in Belize? I have someone who is very keen on learning about the SGI (a U.S. friend told him about it) but he can't find any members in Belize.
