TMF SAT 10 MAY 2008--Leaders should praise unseen efforts

May 10, 2008

--TO MY FRIENDS--
Leaders should praise
behind the scene efforts.
Develop the ability to recognize those
who are making steady efforts
with quiet dedication.

Above is an unofficial translation of "To My Friends" based on President Ikeda's guidance published in the Seikyo Shimbun.

--わが友に贈る--
 リーダーは
 陰の努力を讃えよ!
 地道に挑戦する人を
 見つける眼を磨け!
